You need to use a MSSCCI to SVN bridge product like PushOK to get PowerBuilder to connect to SVN. Once you've got that setup, you can do a checkin of all of the objects to the truck of that repository. You'll want to use the PowerBuilder IDE to do that, because it allow you to check in / check out individual objects. That's something you can't do at the file system level with the PBLs.
