Let's back up a step. What versions of the native client do you have installed? What values do you use to populate your transaction object? We are using PB12.5.1 (classic) / SS2012 with the previous version of SNC without any issues. You cannot use the latest version of the native client that comes with 2012 since it is not supported by PB yet, but you can use either of the prior versions. The image below shows you what you should see in the profile dialog - so you simply select the version of SNC that you wish to use - your selection will determine the functionality that is supported and I'm guessing that there is no reason to use the older driver.
