Yeah. I've seen that in the past with prior releases though, particularly SPDC. Seems to be a long standing flaw in their workflow.

I don't expect to ever see the 12.5.2 "maintenance release" on the EBF / Maintenance Release download page. It's a full install. Full installs are handled through SPDC to ensure that they only go to licensed users. Just my $0.02.
I'd also expect that we'll only be able to get post 12.5.2 EBFs and MRs. Otherwise, they'd have to go back through and attempt to recreate prior EBFs to remove anything referencing the 3rd party controls.
