I am running a 20.000 users forum as a hobby (nothing to do with development,PB etc). Obviously is gazzilion times smaller than the SAP community but I know how moderation works.We have no delayed moderation, we filter SPAM and there is always someone to look after the postings.
PowerBuilder is not (and should not let be) an insignificant app in the SAP universe.
For Gods sake, SAP should at least hire one or two persons to check and approve posts realtime!
Having an issue while in production, the one/two days delay of the post/question appearance makes this community completely useless for technical help. Except if SAP has decided to keep this internet corner as a theoritical discussions board about the possible future of PB and other philosophical quests (sic).
You cannot build a knowledge base, expand the PB community, help members if it takes half a week to approve a question.
