You're migrating to 10.5? That version is long off of active support...
Is there something preventing you from migrating to the current version - 12.5.2?
When you initially migrate and get the list of errors, are you taking time to correct those (in PB5) and re-migrating? Or are you just ignoring those and moving forward with the next step of replacing the PFC PBLs?
