Thanks you for the reply. While side by side might work, it seems more intuitive to be down past ~11" instead of to the right past ~8 1/2" (also guess it should be processed very simliar). I like the alternative idea though.
Right now the logic with two nested reports where you can set the new page attribute is working pretty well (a print job is used with a datastore doing individual retrieves). I would probably set up more
the old fashion way, not as a large bmp, if I did from the beginning. Then I could do a retrieve and print like most of the other reporting. The biggest issue with a two page, logical duplex data window print is forcing the page to break in the right spot for various printers (keep in mind some PCs have a universal printer driver installed plus may be old - probably not even supported any more, LOL). I assume this
is the same dilemma whether top down for 22" or side by side for 17".
So my biggest issue now may only be a few select printers or installations of such. I believe it is caused by the image being too close to the edge and needing to be resized proportionality as to not throw off the scanning software that will need to read the form. Too bad we couldn't do like the old days and buy stock forms ... but then people order 10,000(s) and then want to change the form in 90 days. I guess you pay and wait either way. My real next step, other than tell people to use or buy another printer, is to find a printer that doesn't print right so I can test and try to fix it ... BTW, I think if users print to a PDF printer and then prints to paper that it works.
