We implemented the 3GB switch yesterday but this did not fix the PDF errors.
I logged into the Download Center to get a copy of EAServer 5.5 but I found that EAServer was no longer listed as a product for me, although we continue to pay for support. I have placed a call with SAP for this.
Once we get a copy of EAS 5.5 we will upgrade. Hopefully this will fix this issue.
