I realize that could be an issue, but at least figured there was a workaround.
I saw that an incident was opened for this problem and has been picked up by one of the support engineers in Brazil. I'm guessing that was your company that opened the incident. You can discuss the issue with them.
In the meantime you can either mark this thread as answered or wait until there is a resolution of the incident and then update the thread.
