Thanks, I applied the change you have suggested and I found that it helped to consume 3 times more record it failed earlier.
I had to download editbin.exe installer since visual studio 10 is not available on the server system.
Now the process virtual memory shows as 4095 which I have set through the command, but it seems to be workaround for me because the server again stops consuming 4095MB of process virtual memory usage [Check MemoryUsageTask] Process virtual memory usage: 98% (4016/4095 Mb).
Allthough it helped a lot to bypass memory issue but still its at same place. My server window 2008 R2 Standard has total of 6GB of RAM and I can again edit java to run on 6GB of process virtual RAM but again once it reaches the max level of memory usage it will fail again consuming few more thousands of records.
Same application runs fine on EAS5.5 & JDK1.5 without any memory error consuming similar volume of xml file.
You have mentioned about - set a path to "mspdb100.dll". Choose the right one. I didn't find it, how do I need to set. Will it help to fix the issue from root.
