I am really disappointed with $AP'$ requirement to purchase a $upport plan to get access to something that I should have gotten with my purchase / upgrade of PowerBuilder. You would not expect to purchase a new car and not get a free bumper-to-bumper warranty included or have to pay for fixing the vehicle on a recall notice.
I personally find paying for a support agreement to get localized run-times or fixes to bugs that SAP created completely reprehensible.
