Yes, You are right.
I actually would like to have all these features in PB, therefore I opened many cases and enhance requests in 10 years, however sybase could not add even a horizontal scroolbar to the function list. Than I decided to develop PBTools. Maybe one day they put all these features in PB 
and we do not need 3rd tools.
I don't think that they downloaded and look at PBTools. I am sure they can get some idea. It is free!!! Free idea and free code!!! Come on!!!
