Hi Avishek,
Like I said, i'm not a TFS expert, we use the source control part in a very simple way.
You asked : what is the reason to convert from our PB source from VSS 6.0 to TFS 2012 ?
If you're fine with VSS, why to change, that's up to you.
But because TFS is the replacement for VSS, I would expect more or enhanced features.
We chose TFS because we were already using it as a team management tool, and because it was clearly better than PbNative SCC, no need to pay for a plug-in (unlike PushOk).
I read there is a plug-in for Git, which is the highest SC tool in the hype curve right now, but I never heard about someone using it with Pb.
The big problem is that Pb source files are binary (pbl), not text, it's a shame (from a source control point of view at least).
Regards
Guillaume
